The stress of modern life and diet can easily accumulate toxins in the body, which prevent us from experiencing the truth of who we are. This is why it is good to periodically cleanse and restore your natural state of health. Ayurveda, an ancient art of balancing the body systems, offers helpful guidelines to aid in this process. You will be amazed how a short retreat from the world can reset the body and mind.
During this weekend, you will experience daily yoga, meditation, chanting, yogic philosophy, two nourishing kitchari meals per day and an hour of an Ayurvedic Oil Massage with Nasya and Marma Therapy. Herbal tea will be provided throughout the day as well as natural organic cleansing herbs. You will also greatly benefit from the shared intention to make health a priority!
