At Shri Yogi Hari's Ashram, we teach Sampoorna Yoga™, the fruit of Yogi Hari’s tireless striving for perfection in his practice and teaching. It is the yoga of fullness that intelligently integrates Hatha, Raja, Karma, Bhakti, Jnana and Nada Yoga to purify and harmonize all aspects of the human personality. As a result, the light of the soul can shine forth in its divine splendor. His approach is deep, simple and practical, based on lasting yogic values. The teachings of Sampoorna Yoga help people from every background to live richer and happier lives. The basic teaching is that health, peace, and joy are already within you. They are your birthright. Sampoorna Yoga can help you to uncover them.

- Aparigraha (Non-possessiveness): Let go of attachment to material possessions and outcomes. Embrace simplicity and detachment from the unnecessary.
2. Niyamas - Personal Observances:
- Saucha (Purity): Purify your body and mind through clean eating, regular cleansing practices, and maintaining a clutter-free environment.
- Santosha (Contentment): Cultivate gratitude and acceptance of the present moment. Find joy in simplicity and appreciate the blessings you have.
- Tapas (Discipline): Embrace self-discipline and dedication to your yoga and meditation practices. Consistent effort leads to transformative results.
- Svadhyaya (Self-study): Engage in self-reflection and introspection. Continuously learn and grow, understanding yourself on a deeper level.
