Deepen Your Practice: 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Yogi Hari Ashram

Yogi Hari Ashram’s advanced 300 hour teacher training program is designed for students who wish to continue their yoga study and practice. Our 300 hour yoga teacher training is a three-week residential course that provides detailed instruction in all aspects of yoga.

This includes asanas, pranayamas, chanting and meditation. Dr. Shri Yogi will also cover philosophy. This intensive course allows you to improve your teaching skills by experimenting with endless variations of familiar postures. You will be able, at the end of the course, to teach a class of any level to students ranging from beginners to advanced.

    Shri Yogi is the master of Sampoorna Yoga (yoga for fullness). He is well known and respected throughout the world for being an incredibly inspiring teacher and Guru. He was diagnosed as an incurable at the age of 22. He was introduced to Yoga by the Grace of God and knew that this would be a life-changing experience.
